Rahat is a competitive calisthenics athlete and natural health coach based in London. He placed 3rd nationally in weighted calisthenics as a UK podium finalist at 16. He trains hybrid — weights, bodyweight, cycling — and his own body is his longest-running proof of concept.

Pure Cure is built on what Rahat has lived and learned — not a formula from a course. Root-cause thinking applied to the body: sleep, gut, hormones, food, and movement working together.
